3. No Return Policy
Since we provide digital services and custom development work, all deliveries are non-tangible.
Therefore:
- ❌ No physical return is applicable
- ❌ Digital products once delivered cannot be returned
4. Refund Policy

- Refunds are only applicable before project work has started
- Once development has started, no refund will be provided
🔹 For Digital Products / Software
- All digital products are non-refundable after delivery or download
- If any technical issue occurs, we may provide support or replacement

- You may cancel a service request before development begins
- Once work is in progress, cancellation is not allowed

We try to deliver all projects on time, but delays may happen due to:
