Due to the immediate digital and intangible nature of downloadable source code (full Android Studio projects, PHP backend repositories, and database schemas), once an archive has been downloaded or access granted, purchases are generally non-reversible.

100% Eligible Scenarios for Refund or Replacement:

Defective or Corrupted Archive: If the delivered ZIP archive is provably corrupted or missing critical core files and our engineering team cannot provide a rectified patch within 48 hours of notification.
Accidental Duplicate Transaction: If a technical gateway glitch results in multiple deductions for the identical product, all duplicate charges are refunded 100% immediately without dispute.
Pre-Download Cancellation: If an order was placed via payment gateway but the user has not yet accessed or downloaded the digital assets.

Before Work Commencement If you cancel prior to sprint kick-off or code development, a 100% full refund will be issued minus nominal third-party payment gateway transaction processing fees (typically 2%).

During Active Sprint Milestones If cancelled during active development, a transparent pro-rata settlement is computed based on completed, verified milestones. All completed source codes and build assets are handed over to the client.

6 Processing Timelines & Payout Method

Once an authorized refund claim is approved by our financial desk:

Payout Method: Funds are returned directly to the original originating source (original UPI ID, Net Banking account, or Debit/Credit instrument). We never store payment credentials.
Settlement Speed: UPI refunds typically reflect within 24 to 48 hours. Bank NetBanking and card network reversals typically reflect within 3 to 5 banking days as governed by RBI banking clearing cycles.
